We're meeting every first and third week in the month on Tuesday at the Charleston Civic Center in Charleston to plan local projects to improve our communities. We offer college scholarships to our local deserving high school students. The KC Lions Club helps to cleanup our communities through the Adopt a Highway program and annually sponsor The Capital City Art and Craft Show every year. We're sponsoring international exchanges for young people. We're bringing clean drinking water to remote villages. We're building. We're sharing. We're repairing. And on top of all that we're having fun. We have community clubs that meet in person. Cyber clubs that meet online. And special interest clubs that can be based on your profession, a hobby or anything you care about. The KC Lions club matches the needs of its members in order to help them support their local community. Join an International Network of Volunteers and Friends The KC Lions Club and the International Lions Clubs are groups of service-minded men and women who are interested in doing volunteer work to improve their local communities. We are a collection of young people, families and Baby Boomers alike. To become a Lion is to become an active volunteer in our communities, a member of a respected international organization, a leader in your community and a friend to people in need.
